Traditional Dolly Varden cake with a modern twist.
The cake is covered in pink sugarpaste (icing). The top half of the dress is pink sugarpaste and gold organza fabric. The dress has an outer covering of pink organza.

Present Cake
Cake type: Chocolate Mud
10in square. Bow and exploding stars handcrafted from sugarpaste (icing). Client wanted the cake to look like a present. The candles are detachable so they can be placed around the cake on the table.
Assorted Cupcakes
Cake type: Chocolate Mud, White Chocolate Mud, White Chocolate Mud with Berries, Mocha Mud, Coconut Cake.
Buttercream (topping) flavours: Peppermint, Orange, Vanilla, Strawberry, Coconut, Chocolate (and many more flavours to choose from).
These are small cupcakes with a 3.5cm base.
